Meadowbrook Studio is a new painting and digital art studio
located in the small southcoastal community of Westport, Massachusetts.
It is owned and operated by artist and instructor, Debra Lee
Valeri.
OVERVIEW OF SERVICES
With formal education and background in both fine art and
commercial art, as well as teaching, the artist posesses a
wide area of interest and skills. It has been her dream and
passion to open an art studio which utilizes all of these
skills together. Although specializing in painting local landscapes
and children's portraits she also offers an array of digital
services such as Photo Montages, Special Effect portraits,
Photo Retouching, Family Trees, and Illustration. Please visit
the Services section for more detailed and complete information.
COMMISSIONED CUSTOM PORTRAITS
Meadowbrook Studio offers a variety of custom portraits, specializing
in a popular series of children's portraits that includes
children playing along the shoreline, playing sports, and
dancing, Also available are the traditional, classically posed
portraits photographed either on location (such as your home,
the beach, or by a garden), in studio, or working from photographs
that you may provide if necessary. Portraits of pets, homes
and boats are also available. To view samples of custom portraits
see the Portrait Portfolio.
For information on how to commission a custom portrait (painting,
photograph, or montage) please see the Commissions
section.
PAINTINGS & PRINTS
In addition to the portraits she paints local landscapes throughout
the seasons, being particularly fond of all the various waterways
and open farmland this area has to offer. Please, visit the
Painting or Portraits
Portfolio sections to view samples of her work. If you wish
to view her artwork in person, please, visit the Exhibits
area to find a list of current exhibiting locations or the

Certificates and Gifts,
such as notecard set, are also available.
WORKING DIGITALLY
All digital artworks are painted in a unique, state-of the
art process from start to finish in a manner similar to her
traditional painting approach. Paintings are then printed
on museum-quality fine art papers or stretched onto canvas.
For more information on how the artist produces a painting
digitally see The Digital Workflow
or visit the FAQ page.
